This is absolutely true for me as well: the longer I am locked, (both within a locked period, and chastity in general) the more of a premature ejaculator I become.

How well does the penis sleeves work? I mean are they affective on preventing an orgasm?

 

The best ones we have work like they are supposed to. They are thick enough so I don't feel almost anything. The last time we used it we had sex for like half an hour, different possitions, multiple orgasms for her and nothing for me.
We also have some cheaper ones, few millimetres thick which we also use a lot because she says they are just like me (size, feeling, etc). But I managed to have an orgasm in one once. But I was really desperate as I haven't had an orgasm for quite some time. She did have two or three orgasms though before I came.
