We are wanting more consistency with punishment. I need to be reminded or taught that I am here for her. Other than punishment because when feels like it, are there rules in any of your contracts describing what to expect for inappropriate behavior. No doubt this is not the first time this has been asked, but being relatively new to the lifestyle we would appreciate your thoughts.
There is punishment as a routine and punishment as an actual discipline device. As a discipline device the most effective punishment is withdrawal of the activity and communication. This means taking back the chastity device and letting the person know that all communication is halted for a period of time, and then being made to apologize in order to start again. As a routine, I have found that putting some ritual into the week is very important. Learning specific commands and being made to rehearse them, as well as a weekly session with a defined series of steps can be very effective. For example, greeting your dominant dresses a certain way on a weekend morning or night, with crop in your mouth and a well rehearsed kneeling, followed by a good solid cropping and counting the strokes is very effective. Yo can make it as elaborate or as simple as preference and time allow.
i was punish for not doing my curtsy rigt and i thougt i wud be paddled but i wern and instead i had to do curtsy for nearly 30 mins and my legs ached dreadful after.
For us, punishment usually consists of a time wearing the dreaded KTB! Could be for and hour, 6 hours or far a day, but while I'm wearing it, I am totally ignored by Her, which adds to the punishment. For situations where She is just disappointed in me or my behavior, or I've made a poor comment or such, I may have to wear male boxers for a day or some of my old, worn out lingerie. Likewise, She can reward me by having me wear my favorite bra or babydoll or heels, etc. Since I love my sissy clothes so much, they provide an easy way for Her to reward/discipline me.
If he looks at porn, he gets spanked. If he masturbates without my supervision, he gets spanked. If I see porn on his computer, I assume he's masturbated. I did give him a spanking once for being really rude to one of my friends. I let her watch. If he ejaculates without permission while under discipline, he gets 25 strokes of the tawse. He has to count the strokes. If he misses a number, we go back to the number he missed and then I 'help' him count until we get to 25. He gets more strokes as I remind him he didn't count properly. Then I make him beg me to start again and 'help' him count. Then, I 'help' him count out 25 more strokes. Sometimes, I'll give him the choice of a couple of days locked up. If he's done too much and accumulated too much discipline time, I have to give him a way out like letting my friends watch him get spanked or having him do sissy maid service for me and 2 friends on a 'girls' night in'. We usually find something wrong with his service, so he gets stripped down to his lingerie, minus the petticoats and gets spanked in front of everybody. Asking for release while under disciplinary lock up gets him more lockup time or a spanking. If he says he'll do something and doesn't, if I don't accept his excuse, I can give him a spanking, lock him up or give him chores. I have a working maid's uniform from the hotel, and he has plain white lingerie and 4" heels he wears for floor scrubbing or some other chore where he'll get dirty. I don't want his nice uniforms to get dirty and messy (lol). We have rituals when he gets spanked. He has 2 special dresses, 1 special skirt and blouse and special lingerie he has to wear for a spanking and wears only for a spanking. I determine what he wears for his spanking. Before starting, he removes each article of clothing one at a time in front of me and curtseys and hangs it up until he's down to bra, panties, garter belt and stockings and heels. He says he feels real vulnerable when he's dressed like that. He has to bring each implement I use on him to me, kneel in front of me, kiss it, hold it up to me and beg me to use it on him. When I'm finished, he has to kneel again, take it from me, kiss it again, thank me for disciplining him then take it back to its place. If he ejaculates when he's across my lap, he has to eat it, then gets 25 strokes of the tawse (and he has to do the bringing and kissing and begging), then we start the spanking all over again. If he's being locked up for disciplinary reasons, he has a set of lingerie he has to wear. It's a white bra and panties and garter belt and stockings. He has to wear his 6" heels but can choose if he wears a full slip or camisole and half slip or pettipants. He has to bring his cage to me, kneel in front of me, kiss it and beg me to lock him up. Some times I just make him stand in front of me but some times I restrain him standing up.

The KTB is bad and the constant threat of the KTB is a wonderful deterrent to keep me in line! It just sits there on the dresser and each time I walk by, I am reminded of the feeling.
Discipline in our relationship has always been based on corporal punishment. We have a daily maintenance spanking for my conditioning, a humiliation spanking that gets me into a very submissive headspace usually before a lover visits, a true severe punishment for offences and an on the spot spanking for minor annoyances. We have discussed each type and its nuances and they have been fully outlined in our contract. this is just how we work, my madam finds ignoring me the best punishment, and for me it is in no way enjoyable at all, if it is a corporal punishment to satisfy my madams sadistic desires, she will use her liquid cane, this is basically a solid rubber tube about 8-10 mm in diameter, it looks pretty useless, but by god, it’s the most painful thing ever invented!
