I haven't had any detectable testosterone for about 4 years, and had my testicles removed a little over 2 years ago. Erections aren't really a thing anymore for me. I had green light lazer surgery to open my prostate. Erections are how they were before, ejaculations are 50/50 wet/dry. Total removal changes things considerably. I have a friend who had his removed due to cancer. He has the urge, but cannot achieve erections due to the shortening of his urethra.
