    Excellent work but he needs to cut out the sugary drinks and the midnight refrigerator raids. Does he have a juicer? Know how to make a stir fry in a wok? And stay away from bloody McDonalds ... for a lot of reasons, not just because the food is unhealthy. There's the ethical treatment of animals issue. Once people understand that the rest comes naturally.

    Good.
    Submissive males probably have extra reasons to be fit and healthy simply because they can serve their Mistresses better if they're not completely out of breath all the time. The Mistress expects proper attentiveness from her boy, which she can't have if most of his attention is focused on the next sugar/fatty food fix. He needs to be aware of her needs at all times, like when reaching for that slice of blueberry cheesecake in the refrigerator or getting lazy food from corporate burger joints. He's being selfish, making himself feel good for 5 minutes, when he should be channeling his energy to how he can best serve his Mistress.

    That's my soapbox. Good work.

    get a strap to hold his cage closer to the body. If he has a cage with stabilizer pins you can get a strip of thin fabric and just poke each end into the pins, otherwise you can trie the fabric to the base rings or put snaps in the fabric... just thing of a cloth belt to support the cage

    I don't agree with that. :)
    I'm a sport instructor, and I've seen many people trying to "sweat" their extra pounds away... it never works...

    The size of your body is determined by how much you eat, its shape by how much you exercise.

    People who think they can just burn their calories are wrong. Without a correct diet, whatever they burn, they will eat back within the hour :oops:
