Yes. Plan on needing to go down a ring size after practicing this lifestyle for some time. I would also say to plan on needing a smaller tube as well from my own experience.

Yes, they will stretc somewhat, but only slightly. They will also rebound to their original state if/when you are ever let out of the cage for any extended period of time. For a couple of years, I was subjected to wearing a leather parachute and hauling weights around by my balls. They got really stretched out by about an inch, but, within a year, they had rebounded to my earlier state.

I have been wearing a Holy Trainer for six months and I definitely need to invest in a smaller ring, my balls started off really high but they have stretched considerably in that time. Probably from all the pulling and tugging I have done to position everything. I don't mind though, I like the way they have changed.
