Where's a good place to get a Chastity PA done in NYC, West Chester, Hudson Valley area?

    It's time to get the PA I have always wanted, followed by ordering something, to lock onto my well healed PA. But first things first....

    So... Where's a good place to get a PA in the NYC region. I sure dont want just anybody sticking a needle in my dick.

    My preference would be a really hot piercing babe! But if none are available, I'll settle for someone competent, familiar with chastity related PA's, safe, sane and skilled.

    Any suggestions?
