I've always done the cooking in our house. So it's not an extra chore for me to do as part of my servitude to Bec.

Anyway it got me to thinking, what meals do you enjoy making. Above the usual nightly meals that you just have to do. Anything special for special occasions? I really enjoy doing a slow cooked spit roast lamb with some chooks on one end as well. While that is cooking I will also prepare a pasta salad and a potato bake, and a fresh garden salad. Dessert may be a Pavlova which I make from scratch or a cheese cake.

We are the same as you in that I have done most of the cooking all along and now that I am in chastity it no different.

My favorite meal is corned beef and cabbage. We normally have salad with our meals but when eating corned beef all I want is corned beef and cabbage.

Do you ever make a white cheese sauce or a gravy to go with the corned beef?

Usually I put nothing on it but sometimes will put mustard or horseradish on it.

The white cheese sauce sounds good.

Like others, I have always been the chef of the house. While I can prepare a lot of different dishes, Jewels tends to like the simple dishes the most. For Mother's Day I prepared Fettuccine Alfredo with Garlic Herb Chicken. As for my favorites, I love to smoke meats, with brisket and baby back ribs being the top of the charts. The most fun item I have made was tempura chicken.

I'm not sure I have a "favourite" - whatever I cook each evening - and lunch - is the fave of the moment.

This evening it is Pea and Parmesan Soufflé with minted new potatoes and an avocado salad - soufflé in the oven now! Hope they rise OK ;)

The recipe was spotted in the Times this morning and the desire was made known - on the table soon I hope :)

Soufflé sounds delicious. Do you have a gas or electric oven. I have a gas oven and I find it invaluable when making a Pavlova. The electric ovens don't keep the temp stable enough.
