Wanted MM Jail Bird

I am looking for a MM Jail Bird with the approximate dimensions:

Cage Length: 2 to 2 1/4 inches
Cage Diameter: 1 3/8
Base Ring: 1.75, Single or double ring
Gap: 3/8 or 1/4
Security: lock or screw

Device should be fairly new and in excellent condition. US only.
