So, it would seem like maybe you need to make weird combinations of foods - perhaps based on television shows - to make this work for you if you're so un-picky that you're regularly shooting down the suggestions you've been asking for:

    • beer milkshakes (from "Red Dwarf")
    • milk and Pepsi (from "Laverne and Shirley")
    • pretty much anything from this Try Guys video:
Combine things that shouldn't be combined and yum them up. You can have a perfectly nutritious food that will be simultaneously bland and appalling.

Good ideas! I am not picky when it comes to stuff average people eat regularly. But I am sure there is all kinds of room for me eating something kinda of “yuk” or “blek” The suggestions that appeal to me the most so far - cottage cheese (especially low fat, or less creamy), any kind of milk or meat alternative, very “meh” vegetables like canned peas. “healthy” smoothies - this hits on your combination idea.

One reason this appeals to me - it gives Mistress a low key way of observing me experience something that is just not likeable. It’s not angling for a punishment I want to enjoy. Food creates an involuntary reaction we can’t totally control. But it no one will be “hurt” in process.

Yes - I could see trying that. We eat same thing but mine is painfully spicy. That would be interesting. Chicken and Rice or something like maybe.

I just read an article on how to sample hot sauces with bread and milk. I could see getting several bottles of increased heat to find out where threshold is. Simply launching into a plate of ghost pepper sauce might be too much. I could see Mistress getting into my reactions.

Of course, could add a pecking order???

E.g. Your Lady eats first, then you.

Make you eat soup..... without a spoon??? Gaspacihio best for this (another Red Dwarf ref there).

Need to stay safe though, foods the stuff that keeps you healthy, needs to be balanced and sensible however....

There is one food I can't stand more than anything, and that's goats milk/cheese The reaction I have if I even catch a whiff is, well .... .

In sure I remember a post along these lines a few years ago, and there was a recipe posted for a nutritional loaf thing, basically is met all your nutritional needs for a day and was cut in to 3 portions, (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but it had no seasoning to it and was therefore tasteless.
Have you tried searching the forum?

Why not tie it to your fitness goals? No carbs for a week. Get up extra early and go to gym, walk, or ride 10 miles on the bike? She can make you do 200 push-ups or sit-ups, in increments of 50 or until you reach total muscle failure.

Maybe at some point, but I am trying to give a simple, direct, easy to understand example that I am willing to endure something uncomfortable or unpleasant for her amusement just because she said so. It helps if it is not a specific kink. I already run a lot and lost a lot weight. It seems more obvious that I am not trying to invite BDSM style punishment. Her feeding me something I don’t like seems like a learning tool. Also, not a lot of work or burden on her. The hot sauce idea intrigues me. Dip bread or chicken into increasingly insane hot sauce.

She had me eat some of the red peppers that come with pizza alone. It’s a start.

Its a yeast spread, very dark and quite a strong bitter taste. I thought it was a kiwi product but could be mistaken (https://marmite.co.nz/)

It works really well with cheese and toasted in an oven (marmite first, cheese on top, under the grill till cheese melted), but I shudder to think what it would be like with peanut butter.

Yeah, as I said, I wasn't sure about its origins. I know the Aussies have "vegemite", which is a poor substitute for marmite.

Nobody should be forced to eat brussel sprouts.

They even suck when in Brussels.

Your significant superior may be interested in requiring you to skip a meal. There's something to be said for going to bed without dinner. Or standing in the corner during dinner.

Just not said by the person in the corner. He is to be seen, and not heard.

I actually like Brussels sprouts but hated them as a child. I have heard that some people just taste Brussel sprouts and cilantro differently due to personal chemistry. They don’t have a strong taste to me.

The no dinner thing can make sense sometimes and is an interesting idea. We are both trying to lose a little more weight. I would be interested serving her and another person but not getting to eat myself.

You could mix it up with different quality of food.

E.g. Your KH has fresh coffee, fresh milk.

You get Freeze dried and UHT.

    Works the same for tea.

The beef liver would do it for me. It's actually quite healthy. But tastes horrible.

Japanese "nato" also good for you, but tastes bad.

    Unlike a vagina......tastes good, looks bad......JUST KIDDING!
