I wear a custom metal cage. With that, it creates access weight, more than without. I find myself having to be picky about the size and type of underwear I choose. I like to wear form fitting sexy booty cut type shorts but they have to come with bulge support and be slightly snug (Jockmail is the brand). I’m curious if any of you struggle with this and what type you wear for support. I know some wear women’s panties but I can’t picture how it’s supportive of a heavy metal cage because most women’s are made from thin material. For those with flat cages, I get it, but mine isn’t.
