Suggestions for more hygienic and more comfortable metal device

So, I'm new do this. After a few months of light dom/sub, teasing and tying up, nothing too complex and some denial for at most a week, at some point my wife jokingly said, 'well otherwise we may have to get you a chastity belt they used in the middle ages'. Little did she know these things still exist ;-). We're in slightly over a week now and I couldn't have been more surprised by my wife.
