Has anyone tried to insert or found a belt with a tube that would have spikes inside the penis tube so that getting erect would also cause some or more discomfort? I'm thrilled with the idea and am looking for a solution! Neosteel sells penis estim device, maybe a similar plastic/silicon tube would work for spikes too.
Carrara claims to have a spike option for the end of the tube. I recall reading a wearer saying he had it and arousal led to pain and shrinkage, followed by another cycle of arousal and pain, etc. Hot to read about, likely not so much to live with.
