    Rewards could be something like he gets to masturbate (in / out of your presence - should bring you the result, maybe its timed). How about some non-sexual - kissing your feet?

    You could combine a reward with an association to the opposite (like pain) or to something that you want done.

    You could also make him earn an orgasm, but ruin it. The best way is if you participate, but you could make him ruin it himself.

    There are lots of different ideas about how to do this. The best way I have ever done to myself is masturbate until I cum and then remove all stimulation. All hands released, no rubbing on anything. just standing there as a disappointing orgasm happens with no good feelings or pressure. Then it's back to lockup and the next earned orgasm.

    Also you should put all of his potential orgasms on a calendar. On that day he gets to ask you permission. Your answer can be based on his performance. Did he do what he said he was going to do?

    When I messed up I gave my wife four options represented by real items. I laid out an empty box, a watch, a hair brush, and a leather belt.

    The empty box was no punishment, but conversation
    the watch was time added to chastity
    the hair brush was a lesser punishment
    and the belt was a more harsh punishment

    Maybe you could give him a bunch of tasks and then have him lay out some items for you to choose based on his performance.
