Small cuts/tears under head of penis

i have noticed more and more in the last two years as my lockups have gotten longer that when I'm let out for play I tend to notice a couple little cuts on the soft tissue behind the head of my penis. It typically occurs in the same spot but if mistress in really aggressive it can happen in other spots. This is usually after a hand job and doesn't occur if we're only have penetrative sex or oral. So it's not really a big deal unless she wants to play with me with her hands a lot beforehand. Is there anybody else who experiences this and if so what do you do? I was thinking about using desitin on a daily basis with a cotton swab or something but was wondering if anyone knows of anything better?
