Hi there, Currently looking at this kind of belt design but a question on the hole for the anus. Should it be resting perfectly flat between the butt cheeks, spreading it apart or Should it rest along the shape of the butt cheeks, only spreading it apart when sitting or squatting Thanks in advance for your replies!
Flat between the butt cheeks would become very uncomfortable very quickly but sitting over them isn't always great either. The early NeoSteel strap as I have was the latter but they now curve down at the sides it to sit between the cheeks better, and I was able to shape mine to some extent which helped a lot.
