@SissyWannabe When my journey first started I did it by myself. My wife had no idea of what was going on. I would typically put it on when she was out of town or if I knew she would not want to get close. Once I came out to her about what was going on, it took her several days to bring up topic again. She still doesn't like it, but deals with it. I typically go for long stretches of time without release. Hope this helps.
