    does anyone know of a company that sells just the ring with the integrated lock?

    Yes, you can find rings only on DH Gate and Ali Express. I'm pretty sure you can also find them on eBay and Amazon. Understand the Chinese rings are not absolutely identical, so a little hand work might be required to get them to fit your tube.
