Reverse PA devices

    Hey all! I've got an appointment to get my PA next week and I got to thinking. I'm back and forth on whether or not to go for a reverse PA. I like the look of the reverse better, but don't know what to expect as far as pain and healing time compared to a regular PA and the availability of a device for a reverse.

    It does hurt and MUCH harder to stretch. The upside is the flesh is much tougher and not going to have migration issues. It would be ideal for a tube only device but you are certainly looking at a custom setup.

    I’d band your penis until it’s numb and go with the largest piercing the piercer is comfortable doing. It’s going to bleed a LOT and really sting for about 5 seconds. Small price for something you will have for life.

    If you take piercing out, it’s easier to cover with finger when peeing.
