Hi all, i've been searching a manufacture here in Europe and ive found the Red Chili. I've browsed the forum as well but didnt find reviews for them. I'm thinking on getting the Tarentula since it has the option for a super small tube (20mm). But im torn as well for the London Tower (30mm) and the Sissy Cage (40mm) they all look so well done. Right now im locked on a 45mm full length cage and it feels amazing. One thing im having a hard time picturing is the ring thickness. Any advice one vs another? Do you guys know if @Aken is still active in the forum? did any of you have had any recent experiences buying from Red Chili? Would you know if i would need to pay extra VAT when having it delivered to my country inside Europe? (in addition to the tax i pay when buying? Thanks.
These devices certainly created a lot of interest and looked very interesting. Looks like Aken has not been around for over a year. If you are in the EU and have paid VAT in another EU country, no further tax is payable.
I bought my custom cage from Red Chili, I couldn't fault them for attention to detail and catering for a slight change I asked for, and a well made product at the end of it. Happy to recommend them.
I have tried to contact Red Chili through the website but no one answered... anyone bought from them recently? or contacted them recently?
Give them time. Remember its Christmas time. Try again around the 15th Jan 2018. I've not tried Redchilli but if I'm ever to go custom it will be with them.
I emailed then a few weeks ago too and am waiting fur then to reply, I assume they are closed for Christmas - I'm sure they will respond when they get back to work.
Their reply is relatively slow (actually very slow), sometimes I spend about 1.5 month for a single reply, but I just got their email on 30 Dec. Just be patient since their tubes is very good in quality. I have a sissy cage which is a bit too large, so I ordered a new one and still waiting for arrival.
I have ordered two cages from them. First was a Lilly cage - gut ist was to small. Second Cage was ZZ-cage and fits perfect. Great work and design. In answering mails they are not the fastest... but in the end it is worth it.
