I have problem in neosteel arch. After wearing the belt and trying to bend it on diferent ways every time i have woond on same part of my penis. I don't know what to do more. Belt it self it is perfect fir strict but no pain. tube itself allows me erection but only half of it. i cannot do anything in the belt. but i can only be 12 - 20 h and this come out of it. only thing that me and my wife agreed to is when i will be able to be in belt we go for full 30 days but offcors not before we solve this thing. If someone can help it would be great with some advice . i will try everything. btw. tube is not pressing directly there it is pressing on other part of skin but this part is inside the tube.

The whole part is bruised and painful. after 3 days there was nothing and i put the belt again in 12 to 20 h there it is. now 3 days without it it will go away. no hair or anything.
You definitely need to let the area heal completely before trying again. I had an ingrown hair like that in almost the same place and rushing back into my device was the worst thing I did. I'm not sure what the issue is. Have you contacted the company?
Had the exact same issue in the exact same spot with my neosteel arch. Mine was a bending issue and the crotch module pulled down too hard in the front. After some small bends and some tweaks to lessen the pressure from the tube in the front, the sore spot went away. It has taken some time but has been well worth the hassle. I am now able to wear it for as long as my mistress requires.
Can you send me the picture of your tube bending maybe it will help. I hpe to come to your state this is the only thing stoping me from full chastity life. My wife is waiting for that moment.
I recently developed the same issue. Haven't yet found a solution, but I suspect it's a bending issue. I feel like my skin gets caught between the tube and the front shield when I move, and that chafes it. One way I've tried to mitigate it is to place a Compeed plaster right above the penis before lockup; this keeps the skin fairly tight so it doesn't get caught. But probably a bending tweak is still needed.
i had the same problem at first. Make a slight bend from just above the tube out. 1/4" at a time. A little goes a long way. dclann{MsL}
The tube on my Arch is covered with a thick coating of resin, or something similar. It is very smooth outside, but inside there was a slight rough spot which needed to be sanded down. Just feel inside with your fingers and you will soon find out if this is the problem.
I wear a Neosteel Arch and I never had such a problem. Looks like a tube pressing too much on the pubic bone or too low.
