My Goddess wife and I may be on the more extreme end of the spectrum of denial. I don’t get orgasms or ruined emissions anymore. The only relief I’m allowed is when my body naturally releases through a wet dream. However, we both would prefer any emission to be under her control. If we could prevent wet dreams, she would periodically milk me. Is my cage allowing me get too hard? Would a smaller, more restrictive cage possibly prevent wet dreams?

Generally not in a sense that you can just stop them, nor does the cage really matter. It is just the body getting rid of stale semen. It will happen when going to the bathroom or while sleeping, it is biological. The only way to reduce the chance is to make sure she is allowing the pipes to be cleared out here and then.

Milking may be of benefit but as previously mentioned, it’s your body’s way to rid itself of old semen. I have at best a 50% success rate of stopping the wet dream if I wake in enough time. Otherwise in the same situation as you, they exist and wife would really like them to stop we just haven’t been successful. Some guys get actual ruined orgasms where the fluid oozes out with absolutely no pulsing/contracting to minimize the pleasure and risk of sub drop.
