    HI all,

Was just wondering how you guys deal with the hygiene requirements of a piercing eg PA
My understanding is that you need to wash 2 or 3 times a day with saline solution and be very strict with hygiene.
How is this possible if you don't have access to your bits for long periods while caged?

    Cheers

When healing do sea salt soaks. After it’s healed, regular soap and water do just fine. Your urine will keep what you can’t get to.

LockedAndSafe Pierced. Caged 24/7 unless being used.

I doubt there is a hard and fast rule. Assuming you are going to a reputable piercing facility, they'll have all of the aftercare info you need. You certainly don't want to be caged for the first several weeks after a piercing. That would be most unwise. It has to heal and be cleaned regularly. Once it's healed then you don't have to do all of the aftercare. For me, that was about two weeks to stop all of the careful washing. And then about six weeks before I could even think about putting a cage on. People heal differently, of course. By the way, it took me close to a full year before the skin around the piercing wasn't so sensitive. It was tolerable but not fully comfortable. Good luck! I don't have any regrets.

Once it is healed for good (including stretching the gauge), you don't soak it in sea salt every day.

I would also be careful to not overdo it while healing. Twice a day should be sufficient.

    Cheers,
Any thoughts on using a foreskin percing for chastity? A small cage would ensure there was no force applied (presumably). In which case it should serve the purpose as well as a PA?

Foreskin piercings are easily migrated. Not saying it’s not possible...but it’s definitely a risk.
