Welcome. When my wife and I started I was only locked up during the day. I work from home so I can wear it during the day. I also, and still do not wear it when I leave the house but that is just a few hours a week. We started out with orgasm denial for a week at a time. I am an oldtimer so my libido is not high and my wife is not exactly a penis fan. What we did was to gradually extend my orgasm denial time, ever few weeks so that by the end of the year I was denied from 4-6 weeks at a time. The second year we did the same as we did the 3rd and now the 4th year. If you get used to a certain denial period, it is not difficult to get denied one more day. Then when you are used to that, you go one more day and so forth. You may be interested in trying this.
