yes , they are a little on the large side for a small male. If you look at the super small Chinese cages on dhgate, I'm sure there will be something more suitable for you. Other than that, you can always have a custom one made.
As much as most macho guys seem to relate the length of their penis to being really "macho", I can attest to the fact that the smaller the better in terms of a chastity device. The smaller cages seem to better control and prevent erections. I wear the CB6000s and am considering a custom cage just to get a smaller tube!
Bite the bullet and buy a custom cage from Mature Metal. Get the anti-pullout pin and dip the end in "Plasti Dip" and you will be secure and comfortable. The smaller you are, the easier it is to accidentally slip out when you are bending over or doing other things, especially if it's warm. Welcome! The cb series is great for starters. I loved me cb6ks until it split. I'm about 5" hard. 2 soft. too much room is def a bad thing. Good luck looking around.
