Is it normal to feel a burning sensation from a smaller cage?

    I just received a new cage, the ring size is the same; but the cage is about 10mm smaller. I know feel a burning sensation and was wondering if I should be concerned?

    praps theres a little tiny bit of sharp metal sticky out and it needs a rubbing with a file thing.

    is the gap between base ring and cage the same? diameter of cage the same? typically a burning sensation is the gap being too small

    Where is the burning sensation, under the ring or in the penis? If it's in the penis then could it be that urine is being held back and causing an infection?
