I’m looking to order my first full belt. After going through the threads here, a lot of people seem to have a Neosteel. The My-steel looks very similar. But what are the differences between them? Which brand is better? Is there someone with experience with both brands?
now I only have 2 belts from neosteel. but when you look at the My-steel home page. so i can see differences on the belt itself and (neosteel has started to make thick belts without cilicone ribbons it's (I think it's much better) and that's the shape) so I can see that the way the belt is assembled on the back is different and lock the seat all the way and then and then the tube / tube to the cock. I do not know what's best but I'm still happy with neosteel
Many people who have owned both have stated neosteel is miles ahead better, especially because there's a measuring kit to go along with it which gives the artisan more data to craft a belt
There is a huge difference in quality. I bought a My-steel but than changed to Neosteel. There is no comparison between the belts. If you want quality and proper sizing by Neosteel.
I'm wearing a My-Steel belt and don't have experience with a Neosteel belt. So I can't really compare. Nevertheless, the latest developments from Neosteel going to the "The Arch" seems to be positive. This design limits the different layers of steel to just one integrated design. Fewer layers mean fewer problems in the bathroom. Most important recommendation however is: Is you have the chance to visit the producers on site, do it! As you are from Belgium, that shouldn't be a problem at all. In person visits and measurements are instrumental to success and well-fitted belt. Cheers.
No, the latest is: "The Fun" - seems to be better than Arch (more Fun expected ) "The Arch" is at least 10 years old (and with good reputation).
'The Fun' came in in 2016. Link is here. http://www.neosteel.de/Nsepfun.htm Neosteel also do various other 'extras', e.g. electrics. http://www.neosteel.de/Nsepresy.htm https://www.google.co.uk/search?tbm.....0.0.0....0.jtVU_BE_lak#imgrc=erYmU33MQSxhBM:
Well, same to me. I see The Fun is just a variant of The Arch with a different tube ending. That is it really, isn't it?
Mike, yes the Fun has a tapered end with an opening to allow a catheter tube to go through if you want to wear one, it really does help with hygene and mess-free urination. I never tried a 'standard' arch tube so I can't comment but 'The FUN' fits me rather well.
