Neosteel belt damaging trousers

    Hello all
    Does anyone have problems with the two pins in the back of their neosteel belt?
    My trousers are damaged by those two pins in the back.
    I dont know what to to and Mr Mende told me that the two pins cannot be removed for a security reason.

    Do you have a picture of the back of the belt?
    (can't find one from the right angle on the Neosteel site.)

    It's either a sharp point that's catching, or too much pressure on a small point.
    The type of chair you use and how you sit might also be important factors here (including in transport). If you could post a photo or two of the problem area of the belt, that'll help to problem solve the issue.
