    Greetings,

what lube do you people use? I am torn between using vaseline (which is very good for comfort), silicoderm cream (doesn't last that long) or using no lube at all (tube is very smooth and coated). Does the lube negatively affect the antibacterial coating by offering a breeding ground for bacteria? What are you people using?

For the years I had the device, I used moisturiser cream to help me squeeze in. I'm sure all of it was washed away in days. I had no trouble going for months without needing any lubrication

    Kind regards,
    Chastiff

Anything that keeps the bacteria away from the tube coating, well, stops it from killing the little beasties. I don't (yet) have a Neosteel, but wouldn't use any lube at all.

For those of you with a tube style full belt I can recommend injecting the tube with a plastic syringe containing some drops of Melaleuca oil diluted in water. This should be done with the wearer on all fours and left to soak for at least 2 minutes.

This is a well proven method of hygiene regimen that I developed to assist with long term wear.

With regard to Lube for the fitting of the tube I would recommend baby oil.
