    My problem is I wear chastity during the night, however after I drip my cum from my lil raisin I then feel ashamed and sissy binge and purge.     Does your wife want a girlfriend? Have you discussed your plans with her at all?

    If not, that’d be my first suggestion.

    If so, then I’d suggest wearing a pad at night to catch your emissions.

    I’d suggest contacting a therapist - maybe for online sessions - about your shyness so that you can have a clear discussion with your wife about your plans.

    Hi Jemima! Indeed. I got this medicine from my doctor here in the US to control hairloss. I was on Finasteride but my doctor agreed to put me on Dutasteride :). Its my 3rd day on it. Any other sissies take this medicine? Would love to hear your feedback on it.

    You sound like you lots of desires but need to be sure how your wife will react to them. You've gotten good advice from several posters, so see how those can help. Communication with her is key, beyond just old fantasies and talk of handsome men. Also consider how these changes might effect your whole life, outside of sex, like you family and kids.
