    This certainly isn't how I thought I'd be spending my Sunday! Researching "male chastity." My boyfriend sprung it on me last night. He lives in Boston, but I live 1 hour and 30 minutes north in Maine. For now. So we only see each other once per week at most! He told me to research this subject, and I would love to do it for him!     i have found that an inverted cage offers excellent comfort, is very secure with a steel waist belt, and can be worn for many days. If you are not too big, try one. They are not too expensive (DH Gate) I like the ones with two screws.

    I wouldn't jump into 24/7 lockup. From all I've read it's generally a few hours to start then a full day to overnight etc break in time. That's what we did and I'm on a month full time caged besides being released now. Keeping an emergency key especially at first should be a deal breaker especially living that far apart. Ring size ring and a dab of lotion or baby oil here and there I've had zero chaffing. Good luck

    I bought 3 cages before I got one I could wear long term, and even now it's not perfect.

    Consider comfort absolutely first. You need to be able to forget you're wearing it.

    Then consider hygiene. I live with my keyholder so she can unlock me for cleaning easily. If you have a remote relationship, that wont be possible, so you'll need a cage that you can manage hygiene while still locked.

    Take your time before committing to 24/7 without the ability to get unlocked at short notice.
