If anyone ever watches Ask This Old House on PBS, you might know Jen Nawada, the newer Landscape Designer on the show. In nearly every episode, she is wearing what appears to me, a day/eternity collar. It appears to be leather with a clasp. I can't tell if its locking or not. So what do you think? Is it just her favorite accessory, or is she owned?
I could see how the necklace (or collar) would be more of a favorite accessory, perhaps signalling her commitment to someone without the hidden meanings we attach to it. But for fantasy, it makes for fun, to imagine the interests we have onto a more public figure.
Could be both! I have seen her as well and thought the same thing. Day collars are very sexy and a reminder that you're owned.
Normally I would say it’s just her favourite necklace, but from the images you posted she always seems to be wearing it, and given the look of it would say day collar to!
