    Hi there,

    i made me a titanium device. The weight is only 68 including the lock. Very difficult to work with this material, but it worked out at the end. Now I am going to make a removable dilator for it.

    You made that? You must be some really talented craftsman! The details and lines are perfect! How did you make the joint and lock attachment? I am amazed. Please share more details!

    Hi Valentine, many thanks for your compliment . The joint section is in between the two rings. A pin goes through this section to lock it.
    This system is very light. I wanted to build the lightest cage mage from metal and I have not found any lighter one yet

    Looks great. I like how you made the lock pin slightly offset for lower profile. Interested to see more. What sort of cost of materials do you have invested?
