I second Peter Rabbit’s recommendation. Measuring techniques can vary by device but I highly recommend a digital caliper regardless. They’re less than $10 at Amazon and invaluable for this purpose.

I bought mine from Rigid Chastity--- it took forever, nigh on 6 months. But I measured right, I had to because I have PA, so no mistakes on size would be tolerated. Fits perfect. Worn for 2 months recently with no removal and it was fine.

If you have a PA measure and then reduce it a little again for normal shrinkage. My cage is small, 3cm with a 1cm gape between the ring and cage. But I rather go small than have my penis be sore.

My wife loves it, best thing we ever bought, she fully embraces the lifestyle.

 

To determine the length of the cage, I have measured the length of my flaccid penis - on top - from belly to top of the glance. This length should be excluding the skin portion that is over the top of the glance. From the measured length I deducted - according to the suggestion of my friends here - 1/2 inch.

I think when measuring in this way and telling Mark if the penis circumsized or not, he knows what to do.

I like the round bars of the Amicus, and it’s ability to be shortened. The Explorer head might work well for an uncut man, with its different head cap.

 

As being uncut myself as well, I would opt for the Adaptus, as this will allow you to keep hygiëne much easier. As you can move the foreskin back through the bars when e.g. showering, Your Queen may decide to keep your cage on for longer periods without removing.
