Looking for specific dream device: sissy/ vulva appearance, but no belts. Possible?

So, I'm finding the device I'm wearing is fairly comfortable and I can go quite a while without removal, even for cleaning. I'd like to buy one final one if this works for both of us, but I really don't want to sink a bunch of money into one unless it's exactly what I'm looking for. So, here's what I'm looking for:

I'd like a device that gives me the appearance of a vulva when worn: I want to be able to put it on, then put on panties and have a smooth, female appearance. I'd like it to boot be a belt if at all possible, and with a PA piercing feature so it can be escape proof (I don't have such a piercing yet, but I'll do it for making my device escape proof).

I can't find anyone that offers such a device. A manufacturer in Australia has a belt one, but A) it's a full belt, and B) way too expensive.

I would be willing to get a custom one made, but I can't afford thousands of dollars to order it. Anyone know of a way to make this happen, or am I out of luck?

 

Looks like all they do is belts as well, and I'd really prefer a non belt option

 

I like the look of it, but I'm wanting something that can be worn 24/7 and give that look, and won't impact my ability to be out and doing things besides gently mincing around the home.

Seems like that would get uncomfortable very quickly.
