Hi I am currently in a small steel device which measures a 45 mm, ring size 36mm and cage diameter 35 mm. We are looking for something much smaller. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We began our journey in a CB6000s but it was too big as I am rather small and feel i could accomodate something much smaller for long term wear. Regards Rob

I have this super short version that I bought more as a novelty. Fully flaccid I fit but any arousal pushes the tip of my penis between the bars. Besides being somewhat uncomfortable, it looks pretty silly. I'd like to see a smaller vertical slot and another horizontal bar on the side to keep things contained. @Adam444 i would like to get something like the second one with the almost closed head. Because even with more bars the open cage causes pinching, skin pushing thrue and I can cheat because I can get my pinky thrue the bars. To prevent touching yourself I would go for the pepperhead style, with a 40mm ring (personal size)
I have the longer version of the open design I posted above and it's not very secure. I can get the tip of my finger in there, although I'm not sure I could actually touch the parts necessary for an orgasm and filled up it's pretty uncomfortable. Makes for good teasing though. The device I really wanted was the A271. Size is spot on and while I really like a full tube design, there are the obvious hygiene issues. I though the open head would eliminate most of hygiene issues and the bars are most closely spaced, making touching impossible (or at least much more difficult). Unfortunately, the anatomical ring was too uncomfortable for me. Maybe someday the Chinese will combine the A271 tube with a flat, round stock ring.
It comes with a 45mm. Wich is a little bit to wide for me. But other than that is is a great cage. It is my favorite one. And I am on day 4 in it 24h a day.
