placed the order tonight just need to confirm sizes , could do with a tad bit of help with the base ring (which is anatomical ) I have been using a 45mm one which I think is a little too big really but in a cb6ks I can't go smaller due to it pinching and diging in where the peices meet, so the next size down from that is the 42 but from what I've read when using anatomical rings it is advised to go smaller again??? I am looking at ordering two made rings with it so should I be ordering the 42 and a 40 or a 40 and a 38? Also tube width I am about 30mm but should I allow a little room for the insert? Thanks in advance!
Yeah I gather the number 3 is 45mm , but it's too big however if I try to go smaller it digs in where he guide pins connect and cuts the skin open , briefly when I've changed to a Chinese steel device it has a 45 MM. Ring I also think it's too big, hence my question , the anatomical ring apparently advice is to drop a few mm
my experience has been that for some reason ring size even if the exact same measurement still varies in comfort from one manufacturer to the next. Just make a best guess. If it isnt comfortable then adjust from there.
