(Stated with a grain of salt…) Im a regular business traveler in the US and have to say I have seen a change with domestic TSA. Its already been said the even with Pre-check, the metal detectors I am running into have been hitting way more lately. That being said, shortly into October the behavior after the beep seems to have changed…..it was that they asked and even with a response of “ body jewelry” or such it took a second to be redirected to the body scanner. Then next trip I noticed the metal detector beeped and they basically pointed to the body scanner. I saw numerous other people tjis happened to as well…as if the protocol changed? Personally I prefer this as I know this as the scanner clears me right away. Can we wish there are enough chastity cages in use right now to make things better? LOL
Having just returned from a trip, I think they turned the resolution up on the body scanners, or something of that nature. I was un-caged and wearing men's briefs and jeans. My wife was wearing women's jogger-type pants. Both of us had hits on our crotches in the body scanner. Me once, her twice and had to do the pat-downs. No idea why.
When did you travel. The terrorist attack in Israel has put everyone on high alert. So I’m not surprised. Personally, I wouldn’t travel right now or go near a big city unless I had to. And I sure as hell wouldn’t be doing anything that would draw attention or scrutiny. So I doubt Loctober has anything to do with it.
Last week (2nd week in October). I didn't think it was Loctober but somehow hadn't put 2 and 2 together about Israel.
