    Please excuse the picture. I've just got a bon4m device and I have the ring size so I can fit one finger under it when flaccid. However, when I get erect the arteries on my ball become prominent — is this a problem?

    I see a similar reaction, although smaller, in my balls when locked. I think if they remain warm, and return to a less veiny appearance when flaccid again, you should be fine. How long have you worn it?

    In my opinion, it seems fine to me. I have had similar reactions but all goes back to normal...when I do. Good luck!

    If it is too tight there will be dark discoloration as well as your testicles might feel cool to the touch. That is what I usually go with.

    Yes, you have to know your own baseline or normal. Everyone is slightly different.

    I only got the device yesterday. I wore it from the evening and overnight to the next morning.

    I got those marks too when erected.

    As a little hint: Shave down there - it will be much nicer wearing the cage.

    I am looking at getting this or the A8CB which both have 52mm base rig listed.
    Have you found this to be a comfortable cage for full time wear?

    Looks fine to me, as long as there not cold or to discoloured then it should be ok. I’ve had the same thing myself.
