There are 3 styles: the buckle, the "Dee" (adjustable D rings, the one I have), and the Malibu (nylon straps instead of leather).

The buckle style in my link shows the 2 straps underneath. The leather straps attach with buckles; I removed the leather backing pad to allow me to wear it an inch lower.
