I pull out of my new jailbird, help?

    I received my new Jailbird a couple of weeks ago. Very COMFORTABLE! Less bulky than my old CB6000s and no more smells! Over all I am very pleased!

    I am having an issue with my ball sack pulling through. I can pull it back in, easy enough, but it is not nearly as secure as my CB6000s. I have a few ideas on this but I would rather not guess. I would appreciate any suggestions from someone who wears a Mature Metal device!

    Send it back to make the gap narrower, maybe? I can't imagine a testicle coming out on my JB, but mine a re pretty big, so I am nto prone to pullout. if the base ring and gap aren't too big, I don't see how you can have a ball pull out.
