A lot of people seem to use status updates here as kind of a journal. Personally, I keep a handwritten one though I don't really keep track of anything kinky. I keep a spiral journal and there's nothing kinky in it. It's more about mental and physical health - ie, how I'm sleeping, difficulty in urination, and so forth so I can keep track.
