Hi Guys, I have a HT V4 NUB (not official) but tried several cages, but I always come back to HT for finding the most comfortable of all, however, the issue of hygiene is something that always makes me apprehensive, because the cage is too closed and causes too much transpiration, which combined with the lubricant is the perfect condiment for infections in the area. Even performing a daily cleaning, whenever I remove the cage, the skin is always moist. The cage is not completely filled (i'm not so big when flaccid) which should be an advantage to allow air circulation, but I am not able to deal with this situation. How do you do it?
Hello. I am wearing a HT V4 Nub, too. I can understand your problems. In my case it is that we open the cage every day and clean it. Because i am not locked at night my skin is always dry and clean.
This is a major downside to the HT devices, they are great in almost every other way but they need daily cleaning. They get funky fast and my skin is always clammy with one on, more open cages are the only way for longer term wear IMO
