   So I’m about 90mm flaccid, and the holy trainer says it’s 65 mm long. However, that seems to only account for a fraction of the device.
   
   So my question is, how long or short should you be to wear a v3 maxi?

   I prefer the cage length to be 14mm (.5") shorter than flaccid length. It's a matter of preference
