Help finding the right device if possible

So for a little bit of up front clarification, I am a big guy, big fupa and a tiny tiny pecker, especially when soft, I mean it tucks back out of the way making it look like iv got a clit and a clit hood and a pair of balls. Naturally this makes finding a device I can wear effectively difficult. I have an HT V5 nano but I don't fill it out enough to really consider it being worn.

So I figured in a place like this there has to be a sub or a domme that has ran into the same problem as me. So any device suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
