Full tube metal devices and plastic devices like the Holy Trainer or CB-6000 are going to require almost daily attention. While a closed tube provides less opportunity for stimulation the lack of access makes it impossible to reposition the penis, meaning that some urine will stay inside the tube. Welcome. I too wear a holy trainer. It gets removed once a week for cleaning. I’ve worn many different devices. The Holy Trainer has been, by far, the most comfortable and effective device. Only problem I have is that now, when unlocked and allowed a release, I orgasm very quickly. Also, My Owner has told me that I have reduced in size.
