Has anyone been able to contact Neosteel recently?

    I received a Neosteel belt back in November and it didn't fit right. I contacted Neosteel and corresponded with them during mid november, but they suddenly stopped responded and I have not heard back since. Has anyone heard from them in that time? Does anyone know what might have happened?

    Anyone? I would really like to be able to use my belt and I have sent many emails with no response. I feel like I've been screwed over and I really need some help contacting neosteel somehow.

    Same here, I was discussing a problem with them and all communication stopped.

    I placed an order for a new belt on December 10, I received an email from them 2 weeks later with a question about my order. I replied to that email as quickly as I could, I have not had any communication since then but I was hoping that sometime in the next few weeks to see an order update. Hope everything is ok with them.

    Well it's good to know that others are having the same issue, but yeah I hope that things are okay... It is a little concerning but hopefully they're just on an extended vacation.

    It happens all the time with Neosteel.
    Not sure if it helps you, but I would consider it normal / nothing unusual.

    I had reached out to Neosteel also about a belt that didn't fit properly to get it adjusted.
    Took ~5 emails over about 9 months to get a response (said he missed them - prior to that, 1-3 months was the average/normal wait time for an email response).
    During that time when my emails went unanswered, other people were still getting responses / getting orders fulfilled but my emails went unanswered for 9 months.

    He last contacted me in January re: shipping a replacement (finally- after initially requesting one March of 2021).
    Hope you have a LOT of patience.
