full belt penis tube crushes the testicles a lot after wearing for a period of time

    I've picked 35mm tube which is the smallest diameter , after wearing the belt for quite some time it crushes against the testicles a lot. Any way I can fix this issue???I am using Total style

    I don't see the problem here. you should just get use to it.
