$50. Shipped inside Continent US. Prefer not to ship overseas...had bad experiences in the past. I can do HI, but will have to get a quote for that.

Don't remember but I think they are 45 and 50mm rings....or 40 and 45? I can measure them if needed.

Been through dishwasher on high heat for sterilization.

I found that during 'intense' situations the locking mechanism is not secure enough to contain me parts.
I now have a HT V2 and am quite happy with it. I recommend it highly.

I figure at minimum you can check sizing...and maybe it will work for you.
