I have been trying for 3 years to wear my device all day at work. Always lost a ball. Don’t know if it’s the 100 degree temp I’m in or if my scrotum may be adjusting, but I am finally starting to be comfortable in the cage. Knock on wood.

Sounds like the gap is too large.

I'm in a Cherry Keeper which started doing the same thing after many weeks of being reliable. I think that either the lock area developed more play, or the nylon had bent somewhere; either way the ball gap was now a bit large. Always the left boy and usually when it was cold and he was trying to burrow into my abdomen.

A bit of work with a heat gun on the base ring reduced the gap and fixed the problem. Probably went a little too far, as I get a little bit of burn now and then, but expect that will settle down with wear.

Congratulations, could be the ball gap, or you might need to go down to a smaller ring, you wouldn’t believe the difference just a couple of MM can make.
    Also I love your pendant!

dont know if its same reason but the couple of times I have had one slip out I decided to work in a smaller ring. Its a plus for keeping things where they belong but it does take me longer to get comfortable after first caging or hygiene. Its been worth it though. Its a lot less discomfort then having one slip out in the middle of day or something for me.

I have the same problem with my Cherry Keeper (57mm circular flat ring with CKC-Short HL). With extended wear the lock housing gets slightly loose and allows maybe half a millimetre play which is enough for Mr. Left Bollock to squeeze back through. Usually happens in the mornings and is more likely to occur if I get up and walk around. I can prevent it by pressing down on the cage for a while until the boys relax again but if I'm out and about it's not very convenient.

I'm expecting new 54mm and 51mm rings this week. The 54mm should take the ball gap down to 13.1mm from 15.2. I think that should be enough, but the 51mm ring will take it down to 11.2mm if required.

I just went at my 57mm ring with a heat gun. Reduced the width to 55.5mm and also tightened up the lock housing projection with has reduced the play in the cage to almost zero. So far it seems to be working well and should at least get me through to the end of the week by which time my new rings should be here.

I'm probably about ready to order my custom metal cage now though. I wanted to make sure I had the measurements correct before doing so, and I think a 54 or 55mm ring for the BA-05 from Bad Ass Workroom will be the way to go. When my testes are not cosplaying Houdini, the CK is extremely comfortable and most of the time I hardly know it's there. I only get an occasional scrotum burn which is easily managed with a slight ring adjustment, but it seems my skin is settling into the restriction so I'm hopeful that even the occasional discomfort will eventually disappear.

Thank you so much. I have a friend that works with metals, and we have had some really cool sexual adventures together. He made it for me. Means a lot to me that you would notice it!
