I'm inclined to say no. I haven't done an exhaustive search, but most of them seem to use a grill type covering over the genitals to I assume allow urine to pass through, but that has severe limits in terms of hygiene. In theory you could use a shower head to get water inside the device to help keep things clean then dry off with a hair dryer, but I wonder how long that would allow you to go without removing the device for a better clean. Even if the answer were indefinitely, menstruation would cause additional issues. Preventing nipple stimulation requires a secondary device and that's another major expense since I assume you realistically need custom devices for both upper and lower body.

Have you thought about piercings? About 4 rings in each of your outer labia would allow you over time to stretch them so as to fit bigger rings that you could either chain together or put a little stainless padlock through each pair. The trouble is with the rings, is it would be still to easy to use a vibrator. Sure it would keep him out. I had a girlfriend once who could climax only from nipple stimulation.
